Our contract term is twelve months - but you don't have to have users active for the entire twelve months. When you sign up we'll issue an invoice for a year's use of the service - but if you change your mind and want to cancel some of your users, or even leave the service entirely you can do so. We'll simply issue a credit note for any full unused month's service.
