Orders are placed through the "Assign Software" screen, accessed from the control panel:

Remember that you need to click on the "Re-calculate charges" before placing the order.
When you place an order, we route your instruction to our engineers who will start the set-up process, or if you're already signed up and you are simply changing the allocation of software to users, the changes you have requested. We expect your changes to be implemented within 2 working days.
When your request has been fulfilled we'll inform the users concerned, as well as the company admin user by email.
