All data is held at our twin secure datacentres, which replicate to each other overnight, and which are backed-up onto tape nightly too. We maintain a 14-day rolling tape cycle, which means that we may be able to restore data which you’ve accidentally wiped in the previous two weeks.
We give you a password to log-on to the system and start the Sage program, but we don’t hold the password to get into your actual Sage data file. As we’re not the software developer we don’t have any back-door into the Sage data either.
